Nature is our theme, whether it’s a story about beetles or about bison in a prairie landscape.
First expresses our respect for nature, our ethical approach, and the importance of nature to humans.
Publishing is our process of informing and educating the public. Our publications integrate nature photography and natural history to tell a story--a story that opens the natural world to the reader in ways they may not have experienced.

Nature First Publishing aims to enhance individual understanding of and appreciation for natural places, including national parks.
